Service Description

Join with like minded self healers over Google Meet for our Tuesday EFT group, designed to help you release outdated beliefs and habits as we close out the Year of the Snake. With guided Emotional Freedom Techniques, this session empowers you to shed limiting patterns and step boldly into a new chapter. Be held as you move through stuck patterns in sacred community. We will do a brief check in at the beginning of each group to determine a common theme. This is a powerfully transformative modality, exponentially enhanced by group work. EFT Tapping is an evidence based method for neutralizing triggers that send our nervous system into a stress response (fight/flight/fawn/freeze). It even addresses the underlying belief systems and trauma that make us susceptible to these triggered reactions. These outdated beliefs may have once served as protection in moments of trauma or neglect. They now live in the subconscious, woven into the physical body and its energy systems, including the meridians and chakras. This is why talk therapy alone can fall short of facilitating deeper healing. In EFT we move energy through the meridians by tapping on certain stress reduction points while using exposure therapy (talking about what is triggering), paired with affirmative statements of unconditional self love and acceptance. The first portion of the session is a purging of stifled emotions and subconscious, limiting beliefs. We provide a safe container for these things to be felt, understood and processed. We can even find gratitude for these patterns that once sought to keep us safe. The remainder of the formula works to reorient and rewire our neural networks towards a felt sense of safety, peace and wholeness.
