The inside of your Soma Mat is 2" thick organic latex ethically sourced from the sap of rubber trees. It will keep it's shape and supportive buoyancy for several years! The covers are made from natural fibers such as cotton and wool. Occasionally we use polyester deadstock for the bottom panel.

Care Instructions
To Clean:

Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild, natural soap as needed.

Avoid soaking or submerging the mat in water.

Allow to air dry fully before rolling or storing.
To Refresh:

Lightly vacuum or gently shake out debris.

For an energetic reset, air your mat outside on a dry day or mist lightly with essential-oil-infused water.
